Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one tst4d Account. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. tst4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated winnings or Bonus Funds without notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. tst4d will not be liable for losses or delays resulting from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tst4d Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify tst4d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tst4d will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
tst4d may require you to complete identity verification at any time, and will require full KYC completion before processing your first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.
tst4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tst4d does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your Account.
Deposits are credited to your tst4d Account Balance once cleared and confirmed by the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. tst4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC completion. tst4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. tst4d reserves the right to conduct additional security or verification checks before processing withdrawals where fraud risk is indicated.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are your own, obtained from legitimate sources, and that you are not using the tst4d platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. tst4d may request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
tst4d may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a tst4d Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds conditions (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet the minimum odds requirement will not count toward wagering requirements.
tst4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where the Platform reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated betting software, or colluding with other Members. tst4d's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.
tst4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Member has had a reasonable opportunity to participate, tst4d will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Members. Bonus Funds not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
All sports bets placed on the tst4d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the Sportsbook section. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Mix parlay (mix parlay — a multi-leg accumulator bet) selections are void if any single leg is cancelled; the remaining legs are settled at reduced odds per the published parlay rules. Voor bola (voor bola — Asian handicap) markets are governed by standard Asian handicap settlement rules.

tst4d provides its Services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members where practicable. tst4d will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tst4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not tst4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where tst4d is found liable to a Member for direct damages, the Platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their tst4d Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.
You assume full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your tst4d Account. The Platform provides an entertainment service; it does not provide financial advice, and past bet outcomes are not indicative of future results. tst4d is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your own betting decisions.
You may close your tst4d Account at any time by contacting Support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any available real-money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable on Account closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met prior to the closure request.
tst4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: a Member has breached these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; a Member's identity cannot be verified; or continued Account operation poses a legal or reputational risk to the Platform. Where termination results from a breach by the Member, any Account Balance may be forfeited.
Upon termination of an Account, your right to access and use the tst4d Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall remain in effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits tst4d's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
